Product Overview

ZINC PHOSPHATE PRIMER GREEN forms a corrosion-resistant base layer by chemically bonding with aluminum and steel. Use our Zinc Phosphate on aluminum surfaces above or below the waterline; this power primer etches into the aluminum to provide a robust exterior with a corrosion-resistant primer bond. For bare metal, steel, iron, fiberglass, and wood surfaces above the waterline. Use Zinc Cold Galvanizing or Zinc Phosphate for steel and iron surfaces, especially welded joints, above or below the waterline; this corrosive barrier has a high percentage (95?) of zinc, providing maximum protection against solvents and abrasives.

Key Features:

  • The formula dries quickly!
  • Color coat bonding is improved.
  • Aids in the prevention of rust.
  • A corrosion-resistant base coat is formed by a self-etching phosphate primer chemically bonding with aluminum and steel.
