Mercury/FORCE CDM MODULE (114-7509)

This product is a Capacitor discharge module ignition system. The switch box and coil are united in this ignition system, with one for each cylinder. This product starts working when the stator provides power to a switch box. A trigger located beneath the flywheel delivers a signal to the switch box, instructing it to dump a pulse of power to a coil, which fires the spark plug. Each spark plug has its coil. Depending on whether the engine has two, three, four, or six cylinders, switch boxes deliver electricity to two, three, or four cylinders. This product helps connect two separate and different boat parts for the boat engine to work. This product is a vital boat part. This product triggers power and sparks that aid the powerful movement of the whole boat engine.
