Gator Patch is a Fiberglass Reinforced Polyester Patch that is lightweight and durable. It cures in less than an hour with basic UV sunshine. It also has exceptional bonding, dependability, and sturdiness. Gator patch is devised to adhere to and fix harsh surfaces such as plastic kayaks, gas tanks, fiberglass, aluminum, and more. The Gator patch benefits from both a physical bond – the grip on the sanded etching and curves/edges of the item to which it is connected – and a chemical bond with its paramount glue. The better the prep and the greater the surface area of the patch size, the stronger the overall connection and grip, especially for impact resistance. Gator Patch is dependent on the intensity of the UV Light. All of these meteorological variables can have an impact on curing time. You may also utilize a UV emitting light to keep the patch inside or during inconvenient hours. Multiple layers of gator patch can be situated to boost strength and wear thickness. Before preparing the surface and applying the patch layer according to the directions, ensure each layer is cured fully.
