On a thick YF cloth backing, RegaliteTM PolycutTM combines 3M Cubitron and quality aluminum oxide minerals. The PolycutTM coating features a grinding assist for a fast and cool cut on stainless steel, Nibral, bronze, and aluminum propellers. With the quick-change RolocTM disc system, a high-performance abrasive is employed. Cubitron particles are less sharp than aluminum oxide particles, but they are more resilient and last longer. Compared to a typical premium aluminum oxide disc, the combination produces a disc with faster cutting, more consistent scratch, and longer life. It's especially well-suited to high-heat applications, such as working with metals like stainless steel or cold-rolled steel.
