The 3" X 12 1/2' CORRUGATED is made of black synthetic rubber and has a double wire helix imbedded between plies of synthetic cord. It is resistant to exhaust fumes, ozone, mild chemicals, antifreeze, salt water, and abrasions. The temperature range is -20degrees F to +200degrees F continuous, +250degrees F intermittent. It complies with SAE J2006 Type R2. It is utilized for engine intake, scupper, and lines with considerable bends in wet exhaust connections. Embedded double wire helix reinforcement between synthetic cord plies reinforce the black synthetic rubber tube and cover. SAE J2006 Type R2 specifications are met by ozone resistance that is double the minimum.
