Uflex now introduces you to their back-end hex nut with a nylon-filled collar. When the bolt hits the collar while being screwed in, the threads and nylon produce a tight fit that restricts mobility. It keeps loosening from occurring as a result of vibration.

Nylon Insert Lock Nuts designed with a captive undersized nylon washer produce friction with the mating threads to prevent loosening. Locknuts differentiate from free-spinning hex nuts and employ a nylon-fitted substance to hold in place against torque and shock.
