White dial with Blue and White designs around the perimeter, polished stainless steel bezel, contoured white pointer, and domed glass lens. Electronic speedometers work by capturing the pulses that a sensor produces. Similar to how a tachometer converts ignition pulses to RPM, the pulses are then converted to a speed reading electronically. Pitot tube speedometers work by forcing water into the pitot tube, which has created pressure. This pressure had reached the bourdon tube movement inside the speedometer head, where it was converted to a speed reading by the movement mechanism. An analog pointer displays the speed data.
