The coil ignition circuit condenser reduces the spark when the contact points open in the distributor. The condenser uses a high voltage capacitator in various electrical circuits and delivers a charge to the spark plug through contact series. MERC/OMC CONDENSER 18-5345 is for all Prestolite, GM 4 Cyl, and 6 Cyl Engines with Delco Conventional Ignition.
