Mercruiser SHIFT CABLE ASSEMBLY (118-2157)

The Shift Cable Assembly is for Mercruiser Stern Drive, designed for Mercruiser MC-I, R, MR, Alpha I, and Alpha Gen II drives 1978 and Up year model. It is also designed for AFT installation into the bell housing use Mercruiser #1 drives Serial Number 6225577 and Up, and Mercruiser #1 drives Serial Number 1562900-6225576 for forward installation into the bell housing. It has an old-style stranded core wire with the soldered tip as a support tube with a 63" conduit.
