MANUAL RELEASE VALVE (118-6751)

This 316 Stainless Mercury Manual Release Valve is compatible with nearly all Mercury Trim Tilt Units, but double-check part numbers before buying. Another significant innovation is the Viton Seals to prevent tearing when utilizing this relief valve. It was first a plastic, but after rebuilding thousands of Trim & Tilt Units, we had main issues due to this poor design. All of the Units we rebuild in-house come with high-quality durability, and the plastic manual release valve was proving to be so problematic that we devised this solution. One of the problems with the plastic version is that it is mold injected and has a loose tolerance.
