Sierra 18-1998-1 Exhaust Manifold is intended for use on both the port and starboard sides of the engine. Sierra 81-3601, 18-4284, and 18-4283 Manifolds include the following parts: 118-2854-1 Exhaust Elbow Gasket, 18-0183-1 Exhaust Manifold Gasket, and 18-7657 Victor Model 7092 Pipe Plug.
