Fuel Pump - Sierra Marine Engine Parts - 18-7289 (118-7289)

The Fuel Pump with mounted gaskets has provision for a vent tube to the carburetor. The fuel inlet is at the 2 O'clock position, and the outlet is at the 4 O'clock position. It was determined by looking at the bottom of the fuel pump with the rocker arm held at the 12 O'clock position. The fuel pump helps move the fuel from the tank to the fuel injection system. Take note of the signs of the fuel pump not working, the engine running poorly, the vehicle doesn't start, decreased fuel efficiency, and can't sustain speed.
