For this example, we'll utilize our trusty vice to hold our bolt in place. Simply tighten the first nut onto the bolt once it is in place. Make sure the first bolt is far enough down to accommodate the second. You can start spinning the second nut after you've gotten the first one far enough. Both of these nuts should easily slide onto the bolt.
