The Polastorm 11 5/8X12 A3R PROP is a high-strenght creation of aerospace casting technology for marine aluminum propellers boasting combination casting of strontium, aluminum, and titanium that are far more substantial and more enduring than standard propellers. It can squeeze casting props and function at 280MPA tensile and 220MPA yield strength, which is substantially stronger than conventional die-casting. Additionally, these propeller series have robotic powder coating using proprietary anti-corrosive coating powder from AkzoNobel that applies environmentally benign anti-corrosion chemicals.
